Registration details

Registration will be open from 01/02/2023 to 07/07/2023.

 To register on the conference website, there are two possibilities :

 You already have an account :

• click on the “Login” button and from the menu Registrer > My Registration and fill out the registration form established by the administrators of the conference.

  You do not have an account :

• you have to create an account (click on the arrow beside the "Login" button on the right top of the page and follow the instructions),
• then log in on the website and from the menu Registrer > My Registration and fill out the registration form.

The registration fees are the following. Please note the deadlines for special rates.

* Students have to send a copy of their student card with the registration form.

** A programme of visits to the city of Orleans and the surroundings will be offered for accompanying persons.

The registration fees include lunches, coffee breaks, a welcome reception (Sunday afternoon 16^th of July 2023), an excursion¹ (Wednesday afternoon 19^th of July 2023) and banquet² (Thursday 20^th of July 2023) and the abstract book.

For the special case of Commercial participants who wish to benefit from extra-services (distribution of flyers, exhibition space …) we added a new fee.
